Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

DTI Plastic supplies PE/PP plastic packaging to domestic and export customers in various countries. The shipping policy below applies to orders that have been confirmed through a contract.

Delivery terms (Incoterms)

Delivery terms are agreed upon for each specific order (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF/CFR…), depending on the customer's requirements and logistics capabilities, and are clearly stated in the quotation/contract/PO. The delivery terms confirmed in the contract are the official terms applicable to that order.

Production and delivery time

  • Lead time is confirmed specifically for each order, based on the quantity, product specifications, and raw material availability at the time of ordering.
  • International shipping times depend on the shipping company/carrier and the route. DTI Plastic will provide an estimated schedule as soon as we receive information from the shipping company.
  • Any changes to production or delivery schedules will be proactively communicated to customers by DTI Plastic.

Packaging goods

The product is packaged according to export standards, ensuring safety during sea/land transportation. Packaging specifications (cartons, pallets, crates) are agreed upon with the customer before production and recorded in the contract.

Delivery documents

Depending on the agreed delivery terms, DTI Plastic provides all relevant export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other documents as required by the customer or the importing country).

Risks and responsibilities in transportation

The point at which risk and responsibility for the goods are transferred is determined according to the Incoterms terms agreed upon for each order. For shipments with transport insurance, the details of coverage will be clearly stated in the quotation/contract.

Inspect the goods upon receipt.

Customers are kindly requested to check the condition of the package immediately upon receipt and record any signs of damage or loss (take photos/videos, make notes on the delivery receipt) before signing for the delivery with the shipping company, as a basis for handling complaints.
