Payment Policy
This policy applies to product sales transactions between DTI Plastic and its customers and export partners.
Payment method
DTI Plastic uses international bank transfer (T/T – Telegraphic Transfer) as the payment method:
- A deposit of a percentage (%) of the order value is required upon contract/PO confirmation to proceed with production. The specific deposit percentage will be agreed upon for each order.
- The remaining balance shall be paid before delivery or at the time of delivery, as specifically agreed upon in the contract.
- For customers with a long history of cooperation, DTI Plastic may consider adjusting payment rates and schedules on a case-by-case basis.
Currency
The currency applicable for export customers (USD or as agreed) and for domestic customers (VND) is clearly stated in the quotation and contract.
Bank transfer fees
Unless otherwise agreed, bank transfer fees at the customer's bank are paid by the customer; fees incurred at DTI Plastic's bank are paid by DTI Plastic.
Confirm payment
Customers are requested to send proof of payment (swift copy/payment authorization) to DTI Plastic for verification and confirmation. Orders will only be processed or delivered after DTI Plastic confirms receipt of full payment as agreed.
Late payment
In the event of payment delays compared to the schedule agreed upon in the contract, DTI Plastic has the right to temporarily suspend production/delivery until full payment is received, and both parties will mutually agree on a new delivery schedule if necessary.
Bill
DTI Plastic issues commercial invoices for export orders and value-added tax invoices (if requested) for domestic customers in accordance with Vietnamese law.
