Ordering Policy & MOQ

This policy outlines the ordering conditions, minimum order quantity (MOQ), and order confirmation process applicable to customers purchasing PE/PP plastic packaging products from DTI Plastic, including standard orders and custom-designed (OEM) orders.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is determined by each product line, specification, and design requirement (standard packaging or custom-printed/designed packaging according to the customer's brand). The specific MOQ is provided by DTI Plastic in the quotation, based on mold characteristics, materials, and production efficiency. Custom design orders (logo printing, customized specifications) usually have a higher MOQ than standard packaging due to additional mold/printing costs.

Sampling policy (Sample)

• Samples are available: customers can request samples to evaluate the material, thickness, and specifications before placing a bulk order.
• Custom-made samples: applicable for custom designs, sample fees may apply depending on complexity.
• Sample fees (if any) will be deducted from the official order value when the customer confirms the purchase order (PO), in accordance with the published export cooperation procedures.

Order confirmation process

1. Customers submit their requests (desired MOQ, specifications, required delivery time).
2. DTI Plastic sends a quotation including trade terms, applicable MOQ, and estimated production time.
3. The customer confirms the design/sample (if it is a custom design order).
4. Both parties sign the contract/PO and make a deposit in accordance with the Payment Policy.
5. The order was put into production after DTI Plastic confirmed receipt of the deposit.

Changes to the order after confirmation.

Any changes to quantity, specifications, or design after the order has been confirmed must be notified in writing to DTI Plastic. Changes after production has begun may affect delivery times and costs, depending on the extent of the changes and the production schedule at the time of the request.
