Design & Intellectual Property Protection Policy (NNN)
For customers ordering custom-designed packaging and branded printing (private label/OEM), the design, logo, specifications, and product information provided by the customer are considered confidential assets. DTI Plastic is committed to the following principles (Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, Non-Circumvention – NNN), in accordance with international best practices in the OEM manufacturing industry.
Non-Disclosure
DTI Plastic does not disclose customer designs, drawings, specifications, or product information to any third party, including other DTI Plastic customers, unless the customer gives written consent or is required by law.
Do not use for purposes other than those agreed upon (Non-Use)
The designs and information provided by customers are used solely by DTI Plastic for the purpose of manufacturing orders signed with those specific customers. DTI Plastic does not manufacture or offer products bearing the customer's design/brand to any other party.
No circumvention, direct transaction (Non-Circumvention)
DTI Plastic does not use end-customer information, market data, or distribution channel information shared by customers during the partnership to directly approach, offer products, or bypass customer channels.
Design ownership
- Designs provided by the client (logo, artwork, specific specifications) are the property of the client.
- Any molds/printing plates specifically invested in for a customer's order (if any) are managed and used according to the specific agreement in the contract – including whether those molds/printing plates are kept exclusively for the customer.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that the designs and logos provided to DTI Plastic do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA/NNN)
For projects requiring high security or at the client's request, DTI Plastic is willing to sign a separate confidentiality agreement/NNN (Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, Non-Circumvention Agreement) before exchanging detailed design or technical information.
